Russia is buying artillery rounds and rockets from North Korea. This is a sign of how desperate Russia has become. Sanctions have absolutely decimated Russia’s ability to rebuild its military. Buying anything from North Korea is a huge red flag. They are the most isolated nation on earth. There is no quality control on these rounds. Russia is also expected to try to buy actual weaponry from the hermit kingdom soon. Any deal to buy weapons from North Korea would be a violation of United Nations resolutions aimed at blocking weapon export.
